Когда я придумываю свои проекты, я всегда стараюсь учитывать риски, и с кем я их буду разделять. Нужно только помнить, что не все готовы сразу применить все средства и силы для выполнения целей, и не всем понятна ценность результатов. Нужно, чтобы условия участия были прозрачны для всех действующих лиц и нужно заранее предупреждать о возможной неудаче. Также нужно помнить, что не для всех ценны цели, которые ты стремишься достичь, и другие люди обычно ожидают материальных результатов и побольше. Многие гонятся за быстрым успехом и прибылью. Чаще всего нужно приложить усилия, и есть свои риски. Как для тебя, так и для других людей.  Я привыкла сама нести ответственность за свои неудачи, че-то я расслабилась последнее время и пытаюсь разделить ответственность. Никто ее со мной делить не будет.

Many are chasing quick success and profit. More often than not, it takes effort, and there are risks—both for you and for others. I'm used to taking responsibility for my own failures, but I've been slacking off lately and am trying to share the responsibility. No one will share it with me.
